Care for People Who Want More Than a Quick Fix
If you’re tired of bouncing between providers and masking pain without real answers, you’re not alone. At Livin’ Well Family Chiropractic, our team focuses on helping you thrive. We listen to your story and use testing to find what’s really holding you back.
How Chiropractic Helps Your Body Function at Its Best
Your spine protects your nervous system, which controls every cell, tissue, and organ in your body. When spinal bones shift out of place (vertebral subluxations), they can irritate nerves and interfere with how your body works, leading to pain and other health issues. Chiropractic care detects and corrects these subluxations so your nervous system can function the way it’s designed to.
Our doctors use the Palmer Package, a group of hands‑on methods that gently and precisely realign problem areas. We specifically use the Gonstead system, an X‑ray‑guided, full‑spine analysis that pinpoints the exact joints that need to be adjusted, and every doctor is certified in Webster Technique, a specialized way of adjusting the pelvis during pregnancy.
What Your Chiropractic Care Plan Looks Like
Your first visit is focused on providing us with important information so that we work together to find answers. We’ll walk you through what to expect, complete a detailed consultation and chiropractic exam, take a posture picture, perform a spinal health assessment, and take any necessary digital full‑spine X‑rays.
After that visit, our team of doctors collaborate on your case and design our best recommendations. We typically begin with an initial phase of care to stabilize the problem and start the healing process. When you move past that phase of care, we typically recommend a phase of corrective care where we focus on strengthening and retraining your spine to hold your adjustments for longer periods of time. Many people then choose ongoing wellness or maintenance care to help protect the progress they’ve made.
